Early Life :
Rohit Sharma was born to a middle class family. During childhood his family moved to Dombivali in Mumbai suburbs. Since his financial condition was not very good, he was sent to stay with his grandparents on Borivali, where he started playing Gully Cricket.

Education :
He studied only till 12th standard in Swami Vivekanand School and Junior college. He attended High school in Our lady of Vailankanni High School.

Career :
He took a hat-trick in 2009 IPL for Deccan Chargers against Mumbai Indians. In 2019 World Cup he was the highest run scorer (648 runs) which included 5 centuries. He also has the record of highest individual score in ODIs to his name of 264 runs. He is the second Indian player to have scored a century in all 3 formats of cricket after Suresh Raina.
